To secure your chosen dates we would require a 25% deposit (£250 minimum). The balance is payable 8 weeks before UK departure along with a £250 damage deposit.

Off Season Rental

The villa is for let all year although the main holiday season is from 1st May to 31st October. We will keep the swimming pool maintained and available to the end of November and refill it again in April. The "off season" months from November to April will see 75% of restaurants close and the possibility of construction works. Guests should do their own research into weather temperatures. We would advise that the months of December to March are ideal for property inspection trips or visiting friends whom reside in Kalkan.
